Refunds & Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to credit exchange or refund any item purchased online (unless stated otherwise e.g sale items, swimwear, underwear or earrings). However, the following conditions apply:- You must notify [email protected] of your intention to within 14 days
- You must send goods back to us via a traceable method
- You must cover the return shipping costs.
- sisters on london do not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us - hence why we insist on a traceable method
- sisters on london will credit exchange or refund the item once the garment has been returned and accepted. Please note due to Hygiene reasons we can not return or exchange swimwear, underwear or earrings.
- All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and receipts
- If the item is purchased by pay by laybuy or afterpay then you will be refunded directly or issued a store credit once the item is returned and you will need to continue payments to pay by laybuy or afterpay until the item is paid off, as you will have received a refund or have a store credit in replacement of the returned item.
SALE ITEMS....Please choose carefully when purchasing SALE ITEMS, as NO credits, refunds or exchanges will be made on sale goods. This includes any promotions where the item purchased is not full priced.
How to Return/Exchange

- After accepting the item, sisters on london will raise a credit, exchange or refund you
