All prices shown are in NZD and include GST.

Shipping & Delivery

After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation and delivery tracking number. All orders within New Zealand are sent using Fastway Couriers. All deliveries can be tracked easily and at any time on the Fastway Couriers website (www.fastway.co.nz) using your supplied tracking number.

All orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order is placed during a weekend or public holiday, we will process the order within 24 hours of the first working day.

International freight is sent track and trace with NZ POST.

Delivery timeframes vary based on your location:

New Zealand - FREE!
1 to 3 days (rural deliveries longer)		 Australia - $20
3 to 7 days		 International - $50
5 to 10 days

Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange any item purchased online (unless stated otherwise e.g sale items). However, the following conditions apply:

  • You must notify julie@sistersonlondon.co.nz of your intention to exchange within 7 days
  • You must send goods back to us via a traceable method
  • You must cover the return shipping costs.
  • sisters on london do not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us - hence why we insist on a traceable method
  • sisters on london will raise a credit or exchange the item for another item only once the garment has been returned and accepted. no refunds will be given.
  • All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and receipts

Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items, as no credits, refunds or exchanges will be made on sale goods.

How to Return/Exchange

Returned items are at your own cost via a track and trace method. If you wish to exchange/return please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at julie@sistersonlondon.co.nz to let us know you are returning items
  2. Send the items to us via a traceable method, e.g. track and trace courier
  3. After accepting the item, sisters on london will raise a credit, exchange or refund you (please note that refunds will only be processed if the item is faulty)

Please ensure you have read and met the above conditions before requesting an exchange/return.
